Zurich’s Altstetten district is becoming the place to be, offering urban living in a relaxed setting. This was our trump card in the marketing communications for the Stetter Haus residential development with its 57 attractive apartments. The “Still a townie or already a Stetter?” slogan flirtatiously mentions the place name and also refers to Altstetten’s new-found confidence. And the same goes for the name, by the way. Stetter Haus reflects both social cohesion and modern living. And a great deal of local charm.

Communication materials for sales and marketing

The marketing campaign has been running since October 2020. As the landlord’s communication partner, standing ovation developed the strategic positioning concept, name and target group approach. It also designed the brochures and documentation, website, LinkedIn banners and on-site branding. The visual design was urban, self-confident, relaxed and a little bit cheeky.
