Scope.

standing ovation ag in Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as standing ovation) provides services in the field of live communication, visual communication, marketing communication and participant administration.

These General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTCs) govern the relationships between standing ovation and its customers, and also between standing ovation and its suppliers, provided no other written agreements have been entered into. The General Terms and Conditions of Business form an integral part of any agreements. The general terms and conditions of customers and/or suppliers shall only apply with standing ovation’s signed consent.
