Internship in Live Communication & Front Office (100%, 6 Months)
You are looking to launch your career in project management and play an active role in creating memorable brand experiences. During your six-month internship, you will become part of our production team from day one, take on meaningful responsibility and gradually develop towards the role of Junior Project Manager. Along the way, you will gain valuable insight into the planning and delivery of live communication projects while experiencing the diverse day-to-day operations of an event and communications agency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You have completed your Swiss Matura (or equivalent secondary school qualification) or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally complemented by further education in marketing, communications or tourism.
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for events, brands and live communication, and are keen to gain your first practical experience in project management.
- You are well organised, proactive and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy getting to grips with new topics and projects.
- You are a strong communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to support operational tasks whenever needed.
- You have excellent written and spoken German. You also have a good command of English, while French would be an advantage.
- You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
- You are flexible and willing to support events outside regular office hours when required.
What You Can Expect
During your six-month internship, you will become an active member of our production team from day one, gaining comprehensive insight into the planning and delivery of corporate events, conferences, public events and brand experiences. You will support our Project Managers in their day-to-day work, gradually take ownership of your own responsibilities and continuously develop towards the role of Junior Project Manager.
Alongside this, you will support our Front Office and become an important point of contact within the agency. Every day, you will help ensure that colleagues, clients and partners feel genuinely welcomed and enjoy a professional yet personal experience. You will also gain valuable insight into the organisational and administrative processes of an agency, discovering that exceptional service begins long before an event takes place.
