Etienne Ruppen: Stepping Up as CEO

For nearly a decade, Etienne Ruppen has been a driving force at standing ovation. In 2022, he became the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board, and now, as CEO, he brings his vision and determination to lead the agency into a new era. His focus is clear: by 2025, standing ovation will be transformed into the leading agency for holistic brand experiences.

Co-founder Michael Dancsecs continues to lead Business Development as a partner in the agency. With his sharp eye for emerging trends, Michael plays a crucial role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction.

 

Claudia Gambini: A Passionate COO


A key player since day one, Claudia Gambini recently celebrated her 15-year milestone at standing ovation. Now, as COO, she’s taking charge of day-to-day operations. Claudia’s passion for the agency is evident in every role she’s tackled, and she will now oversee both Creation and Production as part of the management team.


Laura Eberspächer: Head of Creation


After five years with standing ovation, Laura Eberspächer has taken over as Head of Creation. She's already made her mark, playing a vital role in the development of the FOX (Focus on Experience) project. In addition to her management responsibilities, Laura will continue to bring fresh, creative ideas to life as a Senior Concept Developer for client projects.
