As a Strategy & Campaign Consultant at standing ovation, you’ll craft cross-channel strategies that connect insight with impact. Working closely with creative thinkers and strategic minds, you’ll shape ideas, campaigns, and experiences that inspire, engage, and stay with people.
Who you are
You think strategically, structure clearly, and bring content to life in creative ways. Your campaign ideas are grounded in solid insights and designed to drive impact across channels. You collaborate closely with consulting, content, and creative teams – managing interdisciplinary processes and giving stories shape and clarity. With your know-how in customer journeys and touchpoint design, you guide clients through every phase of communication – with foresight, empathy, and a clear point of view. You know how to leverage AI tools – whether for persona development, tone-of-voice calibration, or GPT-based sparring. For you, data and creativity go hand in hand.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 5 years of experience developing brand and communication strategies
- A degree or advanced training in communications, strategy, branding, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a sharp sense for timing, messaging, and audience needs
- Experience leading interdisciplinary processes, workshops, and co-creation sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – combining empathy, clarity, and confidence in client interactions
- High self-motivation, a structured work style, and the ability to lead projects independently and effectively
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus

What You'll Do
- Strategy & campaign development: Develop communication strategies, creative platforms, and activation concepts – relevant, impactful, and cross-channel across the customer journey
- Insight & idea development: Analyze audiences, trends, and cultural shifts – and translate them into compelling storylines and creative mechanisms using our motivational system and GPT tools
- Touchpoint & experience planning: Think in touchpoints and journeys – designing dialog-driven brand experiences with real impact, both live and digital
- Client consulting & presentations: Guide clients through strategy processes, lead co-creation workshops, and present your work with clarity and conviction
- Trend & market research: Stay on top of social, media, and communication trends – and bring fresh insights and inspiration to the team
- Leadership & mentoring: Share your strategic perspective and experience, foster peer learning, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-driven team culture
