As a Senior Brand Consultant, you’ll develop strategies that drive real impact – from identity to experience, from values to voice. In close collaboration with strategy, content, and design, you’ll help shape brands from the inside out – strategically, analytically, and with a view of the bigger picture.
Who you Are
You think holistically, communicate with empathy, and thrive at the intersection of analysis, identity, and expression. With strategic clarity and creative foresight, you develop positioning strategies, purpose statements, and narratives that resonate in both culture and context. You bring stakeholders together, lead co-creation, and create spaces for real transformation. You know how to use AI tools and digital methods – from cultural mapping and tone-of-voice analysis to GPT-based story sparring. For you, technology and brand strategy are not opposites, but powerful allies.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand development, or brand consulting – ideally on the agency side
- A degree or advanced training in branding, strategy, communications, marketing, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of brand architecture, positioning, purpose development, and strategic brand consulting
- Experience facilitating workshops and co-creation formats with interdisciplinary teams
- A strong sense for cultural trends, societal developments, and communication relevance
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus

What You'll Do
- Brand strategy & positioning: Develop solid brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and purpose statements – clear, differentiated, and culturally relevant
- Brand analysis & context: Analyze brand identity, audiences, and trends – and translate findings into actionable strategic guidance
- Architecture & tone of voice: Shape brand architectures, guide naming processes, and define tone in collaboration with content, design, and creative teams
- Consulting & client leadership: Guide clients through brand transformation – with clarity, empathy, and a participatory approach
- Workshops & co-creation: Design and moderate brand workshops and co-creation formats – from C-level to team sessions – fostering dialogue, ownership, and strategic alignment
- Presentation & documentation: Create strategies, presentations, and guidelines that are both precise and inspiring
