As a Creative Copywriter at standing ovation, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that creates brand experiences from insight to impact. You’ll bring strategies to life, give ideas a voice, and turn complex content into something clear, relatable, and full of energy.

Who you Are

You don’t just write – you shape ideas, build narratives, and give brands a distinctive tone of voice. You love turning insights into headlines, claims, and storylines that stick. Working closely with strategy, design, and creative teams, you develop content that resonates emotionally and positions brands with clarity and purpose. Whether it's a big campaign idea, an Instagram reel, a pitch deck, or a strategic narrative – you strike the right tone, every time. You’re conceptually strong, collaborative, and committed to turning creative thinking into compelling language.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a copywriter or storyteller – ideally in brand communications, campaigning, or events
  • A degree or training in communications, journalism, literature, advertising, or a related field
  • Experience crafting big ideas, claims, messaging frameworks, and strategic narratives
  • The ability to think strategically and translate ideas into cohesive, creative storytelling
  • A sharp sense for language, style, timing, and audience needs
  • Familiarity with AI tools – like brand voice development, tone analysis, or building GPTs. You use AI as a creative partner, not a replacement
  • Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus

What you’ll Do

  • Concept & copy development: Write headlines, claims, and storylines rooted in strategy and designed for cross-channel use
  • Narrative & brand voice: Define brand voices, write compelling narratives, and translate brand values into language that’s bold, clear, and authentic
  • Content creation: Write for social media, websites, campaigns, video scripts, newsletters, and presentations – always aligned with the customer journey
  • Creative development: Collaborate with strategy and creative teams on content ideas and storytelling formats – from live communication and employer branding to digital activations
  • Editing & presentation: Sharpen concepts, present your work with confidence, and give every piece the polish it deserves
