Executing projects with precision, passion, and a strong customer focus is your superpower. Your attention to detail, creativity, and pursuit of excellence ensure that our clients and their audiences are consistently wowed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 5 years of experience in live marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- A degree or certification in marketing, communication, or branding, paired with a strong foundational education.
- Expertise in developing and implementing cross-media brand experiences along the customer journey.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of your projects – from planning to execution.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you know how to inspire and motivate.
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus

- Project Management: You will have overall responsibility for the contextual, temporal, financial and qualitative planning and delivery of client projects – always with a focus on excellence and impact.
- Client Consulting and Strategy: Provide strategic advice to our clients, develop creative solutions in the realm of live communication, and design brand experiences that deliver lasting value.
- Crafting Brand Worlds: Use your strategic thinking to create platforms and experiences that spark meaningful interactions between people and brands.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Drive projects to the finish line with your expertise and energy, share your knowledge, and collaborate to achieve great results as a team.
