The future of the chocolate industry. Chocovision, the chocolate industry world congress, brought the sector’s key international players together in Davos for a compact three-day programme from 17–19 June 2014.

 

Chocovision unites all the industry’s stakeholder groups: business leaders, cocoa farmer lobby groups and chocolate consumers. New methods and solutions for securing the success and future of the chocolate industry were presented, evaluated and discussed.

Programme.

A wide-ranging programme was put together under the banner “Fast Forward – From Cocoa to Chocolate. Inspiration. Innovation. Impact”. Among the 30 guest speakers were Dr Auma Obama, Founder and Director of the Sauti Kuu Foundation, Leymah Gbowee, peace activist in Liberia and 2011 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, as well as Paul Polman, CEO of Unilever.
