Sabine Schneeweiss knows how to transform event and incentive projects into unique brand experiences. She is a firm believer in stepping outside the comfort zone now and then.

Even during her training, Sabine Schneeweiss found designing events just as exciting as experiencing them. Hence her subject combination at the school of hotel management in Bad Ischl: Events, Marketing and Catering. “I really enjoyed playing host! You learn most dealing directly with the public.”

Later on – in the big-city buzz of Frankfurt – her event horizon expanded, as Sabine Schneeweiss immersed herself in the music scene. “Big City Beats” was the hit radio show, which, at that time, was evolving into the 360 degree format of the international dance scene. “It was another learning opportunity for me: new formats, organisation, contract processing, budgeting. It required creativity and hard graft in equal measure.”

It was these qualities that also set Sabine Schneeweiss apart as a Key Account Manager Events & Incentives at the Würth Group in Switzerland, where she steadily amassed more and more incentive experience. She has always been a firm believer in stepping outside the comfort zone – and that is exactly the kind of approach our clients need!

 

 

Welcome, Marisa Barbato. Welcome, Gen Z.

Marisa Barbato belongs to the generation that grew up with iPhones, Facebook and touch screens. Shared communication? “I don’t know exactly what it is, but I do know how it works.” That’s why Marisa is joining standing ovation as a trainee: she is bringing to Neunbrunnenstrasse the perspective of Generation Z, the generation born after 1995. We’re excited to welcome her on board!
